Returns & Exchanges

Kith offers returns on domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the Kith Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
